About Jenna

I’m a recovering gifted kid and psychotherapist, now working out of South Portland, Maine. Most of my work has centered around self-acceptance and self-advocacy, with a heavy emphasis on life’s big changes.

As a neurodivergent therapist, former technology pro, and parent to 2e/3e children, I bring my lived personal and clinical experiences to our therapeutic relationship. I tend to be active, pragmatic, and irreverent in sessions, but am not shook by big emotions - tears, anger, grief, fear, etc.

My practice is explicitly neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming. I want to hear your views on life, the universe, and everything else. I completely disagree that there is a right way to live, to love, or to work.

Most importantly, I believe that you understand yourself better than any observer, and we work together to allow the authentic you to thrive.
